Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"47\">unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it<\/b>. It must also be in the original packaging with all safety seals intact.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for sanitary reasons.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">To complete your return, we require:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">A receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">A prior authorization from our support team. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refunds<\/b> Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Unfortunately, clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Exchanges for Damaged Goods<\/b> We take great care in packaging our botanicals, but we will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
