Refund and Returns Policy

Overview We want you to love your Lillia skincare experience. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all safety seals intact.

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for sanitary reasons.

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).

  • A prior authorization from our support team. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is cleared.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods We take great care in packaging our botanicals, but we will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a damaged product for the same item, please send us an email with a photo of the damage at fadayomiexcellent2004@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Shipping Your Return To return your product, you should mail it to the address listed above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
